SOHAM helps to provide direction in implementation and guide regarding the Education of children of Migratory Labour basically from Bihar, UP and Upper Shimla through Vishvas Foundation at Kumarhatti, in Solan District. It also sensitizes the Migratory Labour in different ways. The school has completed its first year and had the distinction of making 32 adolescent girls self reliant in Computer basic course and around 35 labour class children the quality education.
Master Tarachand who entered in Soham Vishvas Ghar in April 2005 at the age of 8 years has now grown up to 17 years. He has been nurtured by SOHAM for the past 9 years with values and sanskars apart from routine education, recreation, nutrition, health facilities and vocational education that he studied up to class 9th and has taken up the SOHAM Mission of grooming young children to responsible human beings through Community based centres in villages of Dangri Panchyat in Solan District of Himachal Pradesh. SOHAM Bal Sanskar centers has been establised at Kothi Devera and Kailer villages in Ghatti area of Solan Block of Solan District on Sabthu Road. In these centres children from age 7-14 are enrolled and guided on different Life skills. Drug abuse, Mental Health, Character building, Growing up are some of the issues covered under these sessions.
